外貿衰退8000億 綠委批「國貿局改中貿局算了」

【黃揚明／台北報導】綠委邱志偉上午指出，經濟部在各外館都設置經貿駐外人員，但去年共有32國與我國貿易額呈現衰退，共衰退近8000億元台幣。他質疑，是否因馬英九總統經貿政策傾中，導致駐外人員不知為何而戰，「國際貿易局乾脆改名中國貿易局算了！」

國貿局組長戴婉蓉說，去年因美歐經濟情況差，所以貿易額確實衰退，但今年1至4月已有改善。經濟部人事處副處長陳文龍說，去年因出口衰退，已對各駐外經貿人員訂定出口額績效，例如菲律賓代表處今年出口要成長14％，若達不到績效就會影響考績。
