政府拒增援　土耳其抗議釀暴動

激進組織「伊斯蘭國」（Islamic State，IS）對敘利亞庫德族城鎮科巴尼的圍攻，昨被美軍空襲扼制，但狀況依舊危急。焦急的庫德族在土耳其境內發動大規模示威，衝突中至少21人喪生。

庫德族聚集的土耳其東南區域，及首都安卡拉與第一大城伊斯坦堡，前天開始出現庫德族示威。他們抗議土耳其政府坐視IS圍攻就在土國邊境的科巴尼，還禁止土國庫德族前往增援。支持IS的群眾上街與庫德族鬥毆，至昨已造成21死。

土耳其政府出動陸軍部隊，對東南嚴重騷亂的迪亞巴克爾（Diyarbakir）、馬爾丁（Mardin）與凡城（Van）實施宵禁，這是1990年代以來土耳其最嚴重的庫德族騷亂。庫德族曾在土國境內血戰企圖獨立建國，近年來與政府和解，去年3月還達成停火協議，但科巴尼之危激發庫德族不滿，當地報紙以「和平命在旦夕」形容。（陳家齊／綜合報導）
