蔡英文：政府應坦誠面對張顯耀帶來傷害

民進黨主席蔡英文今天在桃園參加鄭文燦青年政策記者會，針對陸委會前副主委張顯耀涉及洩密案表示，針對此案，政府說法相當的多，已成社會大眾的不安與困擾，大家擔心國安體系是否出了問題，是失靈還是失控，對國家的傷害有多少？政府必須釐清社會各界的質疑。

蔡英文認為，目前必須對國安體系總檢查，國安體系到底出了什麼問題，尤其張顯耀擔任第一線談判代表，如涉有洩密不當行為，就勢必重新檢視過去一段時間，兩岸雙方所談、討論及簽訂的一些協議，檢視對台灣國家利益是否有傷害。

「這是非常嚴重的事情」，蔡英文說，必須嚴肅面對，政府也必須坦承面對。
