何妤玟錄東森《現在才知道》聊懷孕養胎經驗，原本不愛吃速食的她，懷孕後看到速食廣告就會無法忍耐，幾乎天天叫外送，讓老公十分擔心，2人常因此吵架，何妤玟還反駁：「外送費會從70元降價，根本是為我量身設計。」讓老公哭笑不得。但她坦言可能速食吃太多，造成懷孕後期有便秘困擾，曾長達3、4天無法排便，痛不欲生的她竟用手指企圖摳出糞便，結果還造成肛門流血。(蔡維歆／台北報導)
