憂前夫找別的女人「滅火」　熟女竟答應嘿咻

1名女子離婚後，仍與前夫住在同一屋簷下，今年6月8日上午，男子突然慾火焚身，告訴前妻：「如果妳不跟我做愛，我就要找別人滅火。」這名女子擔心前夫真的找別的女子解決性需求，竟心不甘情不願地答應嘿咻，但事後越想越氣，怒告前夫性侵。

男子出庭喊冤，指當天交談內容是與前妻開玩笑，且雙方發生性行為是你情我願，沒有違反前妻意願。
 
台北地檢署認為雙方離婚數年，早已沒有夫妻關係，也無性忠誠義務，且婦人前夫也沒明確指出「滅火」的意思是找他人發生性行為，且就算女方因前夫揚言找別人「滅火」就配合做愛，也不算違反意願，檢察官因而認定罪嫌不足，今將男子不起訴。(賴又嘉／台北報導)
