社會住宅只租不賣 你買單嗎?

好，認真回一下，你的問題如果改成社會住宅只租不賣，對於誰行的通，對於誰行不通？會比較好回答。

誰會租：
1.不用說，買不起得租，這叫硬需求
2.不想買可以租，而這類人又分為買了沒有用，他不會長久居住，例如外國人，及外派人員(含島內外派)，沒房但不願買房者，還有其他。

那誰不會租：
1.已經有房者，指住家裡，不需要在房子上花一毛錢。
2.買房自住者，無論之前買的現在買的或是即將買的都算。

基本上，只有第一種及最後一種人，會因為購買力的改變，改變租屋或買房，而整體購買力不仰賴個人收入的成長，而是來自房價的變動及整體薪資水準的增減。

所以不該問哪個個人願不願意買單，而是該問政府想提供一個買房還是租屋的環境，有土斯有財？行銷話術而已
