證期局 准富邦深証100基金募150億

富邦證券投資信託公司申報募集「富邦深証100基金」獲准募集，最高募集金額為新台幣150億元。

金融監督管理委員會證券期貨局指出，富邦深証100基金為開放式指數股票型基金（ETF），以追蹤「深証100指數」績效表現為目標。

基金淨資產價值70%以上價值，投資於標的指數成分股。基金採取現金申購與贖回，投資人不會直接持有「深証100」成分股票。

基金主要投資標的為中國大陸有價證券，另受限於中國大陸外匯額度管制，匯入匯出時間的期限等相關規定，相關費用、申購與贖回程序及基金風險等，投資人須詳閱基金公開說明書。
