有線電視爆陸資　NCC：37單位疑陸資

【徐毓莉／台北報導】台灣寬頻通訊（TBC）大股東麥格里赴新加坡上市，將台灣寬頻上層2個基金合併為亞洲付費電視信託基金(APTT)，NCC上周審核通過投資架構變動，但本周卻爆出APTT疑有陸資，立法院要求NCC調查並嚴審。NCC今已完成會議紀錄確認，對於是否有陸資，NCC表示，相關報告已提交立法院，因為是為立法院準備，NCC不便揭露，僅表示會要求TBC依照契約處理。

NCC提交給立法院的報告指出，APTT有37個個別信託單位，疑似中國大陸人民，佔APTT全部已發行信託憑證的0.06%，APTT信託管理人已依契約發出警告函，要求立即出售所持的信託憑證，否則信託管理人要強制出售這些信託憑證，並要求券商不得接受陸資下單購買APTT信託憑證。
