觀光股王王品(2727-TW)今(11)日包下南港展覽館舉辦萬名同仁席開1100桌的大型尾牙活動，全台超過260家店暫停營業一天，王品董事長戴勝益將率一級主管變裝跳「姐姐」，戴勝益表示，「練了2個禮拜，以前總是以為做餐飲最難，現在發現最難的是跳舞」，也笑說「人老了有差，練的時候亂成一團」。

在快速展店下，王品今年首度開出超過千桌的超大型尾牙，除了戴勝益率一級主管的演出相當吸睛，王品也請來熱門團體Dream Girls、五月天到場表演，，戴勝益說，這是由基層員工建議出來的團體，當然要因應員工期待，而本身也喜歡五月天，「因為他們不只是表演，也看到其背後努力，可說是創業成功，努力精神值得學習」。

王品相當強調家族情感，在尾牙的菜色上也別具巧思，菜名分別有「十全十美爆尾牙」、「龍馬騰躍獻同仁」、「跨國展店迎新頁」、「終身學習成長高」、「同心協力愛台灣」、「福袋滿滿獻幸福」、「挑戰自我潛能行」、「敢拚敢賺愛玩讚」、「王品家人心連心」、「滋養身體走長遠」、以及「甜甜蜜蜜一家人」。
