波蘭前總統首度坦承提供CIA監獄

路透報導，波蘭前總統克瓦斯尼斯基（Aleksander Kwasniewski）10日首度坦承，他1995年至2005年擔任總統期間，允許美國中央情報局（ＣＩＡ）在波蘭境內進行秘密偵訊，但否認對ＣＩＡ刑求知情。

美國參院情報委員會9日公布在布希政府期間，ＣＩＡ對被關押的恐怖分子嫌犯的「加強審訊手法」調查報告摘要，但報告中未直接點名提供監獄的國家。

波蘭政府官員多年來否認在境內提供ＣＩＡ關押處所。克瓦斯尼斯基10日說，他任內同意讓多名美國間諜使用代號為「石英」（Quartz）的秘密地點，而這個地點就在波蘭東北部史鐵爾‧奇耶吉古提村附近的森林裡。
