今天回家路上，在家門口看見兩隻狗被栓在變電箱上，地點是竹林路201巷巷口，區公所 正對面。 已經報警，早上出門已經不在了，希望主人出門領回，可以詢問看看派出所。 http://i.imgur.com/zHdkjWq.jpg
