呼應林洲民　文化部：文創園區經營應檢討改進

台北市都發局長林洲民在其臉書表示，華山、三創、大巨蛋、松菸都是「假文創園區」，引發熱議。文化部今晚發布新聞稿表示，文創園區經營兼負商業模式及文創扶植、培育功能，並不相違背，但歷經10餘年時空環境改變，園區經營確實有檢討改進空間。
 
文化部指出，行政院在2002年將文化創意產業列為「挑戰2008：國家發展重點計畫」，在當時時空背景下，規劃採促參方式招商，結合政府與民間力量，在夥伴關係下共同努力，但歷經10餘年時空環境改變，園區經營有檢討改進空間。
 
文化部表示，園區兼負商業模式及文創扶植、培育功能，並不相違背，但比例可隨不同階段評估檢討。未來隨網路科技發達，園區經營將配合國家政策走向，依其特性，應用虛實整合、雲端科技及網路匯流技術提昇園區功能。（陳威廷／台北報導）
