超不爽！買DVD變成只能線上收看

多名民眾向《蘋果》投訴，指他們花費4到6萬元不等，向高點補習班旗下的「高點知識達」購買DVD函授課程，內容以公職考試輔導為主，每片DVD可授權3台電腦播放，透過微軟的數位著作權管理技術DRM登入認證計次，但知識達在本月初通知DRM認證主機異常，4月6日以後就不採用此方式，要求買課程的人改用線上收看，引發抱怨。

投訴人指，當初購買DVD函授比線上看貴（價差約數千元），轉過去等同損失，且並非每個人都有寬頻網路可順暢看影片。知識達客服部顏姓副理回應，他們去年並不知道DRM會終止服務，目前緊急調整學習形態，並向微軟爭取讓他們恢復到7月，因為微軟還沒回應，所以還沒辦法答覆函授學員，預計下周一或二會有回應。（蔡永彬／台北報導）
