【更新】凱旋路壕溝積水　涵管搭便橋喊卡

氣爆地點凱旋路被炸出壕溝，近日又遇上大雨積水，為了方便民眾和施工人員出入，施工單位中午運來涵管，原本搭設便橋。但副市長劉世芳剛到現場勘察，表示目前要解決二聖、英明的淹水問題，所以目前沒有鋪設便橋的打算，主要先把凱旋路壕溝的積水抽掉，以免便橋又阻礙抽水。
