8:38豪雨淹過軌面　台鐵南台灣列車延誤

豪雨炸南台灣，台鐵列車延誤，台鐵表示，上午8時38分橋頭=楠梓間387公里500公尺處，因豪雨水淹過軌面暫時路線不通，工務單位進入巡軌搶修，9時10分確認後，該區間改時速20公里慢行，列車皆有延誤，台鐵也成立緊急應變中心。(李姿慧／台北報導)
