羅賓威廉斯在家中自殺身亡，留給影迷們滿腹嘆息，民運人士王丹更在臉書發文「謝謝你」。

王丹在臉書發文謝謝羅賓威廉斯帶給大家的歡樂，有網友表示自己是看他演的電影長大的，還有網友謝謝他，說他的電影感動了很多人，也帶很人很多歡樂，還有網友因為他的過世而掉淚，1名網友更提到，年底時一定會前往看他的遺作《博物館驚魂夜3》。（胡治言／綜合報導）
